I stumbled on this product when they no longer made the multi vitamin I was currently taking. I have been taking Irwin naturals for 15 years now. The only thing I can complain about is sometimes 1 capsule will break in the bottle and the whole bottle smells like fish oil!! I don't think it's anyoned fault, it's just something that happens sometimes.

I began using these about 2 mos ago when I was taking a much needed vacation after becoming "rundown". I've found that they are exceptional, easy to swallow, and appear to be making a substantial difference with the condition of my nails which had become brittle, and easily torn over the past 8 years due to a decline in health and numerous prescription meds. They've also helped tremendously with nightly leg cramps, something I've struggled with all of my life - - yes, even as a child. Needless to say, this Multi Vit has won me over and I've tried several others across the years.

I have bought this product several times over the past 3 years for my husband, as recommended by our nutritionist. However, the last 3 bottles I have purchased (from various sellers) have had a strong fishy odor and the capsules coated in an oily film. My husband threw the first bottle away as he couldn't take them - we thought they might have become heat affected during the summer. I ordered another bottle - same problem. hubby threw them out again. Frustrated, I called the manufacturer who advised they should not smell fishy or be oily. As we had thrown the bottles away, I was unable to provide a batch number for them to investigate. I decided to buy one more (3rd) bottle) in the hope they would be OK and if not, at least I could advise the batch number so the manufacturer can investigate and I can return to obtain a refund. Unfortunately, this is now the 3rd bottle in a row I have had this issue with (in my purchases between March and December 2014), so I am requesting a refund/return. I am also contacting the manufacturer with the Batch number so they can investigate, however I am fairly sure all 3 bottles bought over the 9 month period would be different batches, so am thinking it's a problem with the product overall - not just a specific batch. A shame, as otherwise, it would be a good quality product. It's just impossible to consume them now without gagging and my husband refuses to take them - he works in the nutritional supplements industry himself and is used to taking many supps a day, but this is one he just can't go near. While I am sure I will get a refund no problems on this bottle, I have wasted good money on two other bottles with the same issue that my husband threw out. By all means try this product for yourself, but be aware of the potential problems we experienced and be prepared to request a refund/return if you have the same problems we did. Be sure to also note the batch number on the bottom of the bottle and report it to the manufacturer - maybe eventually they will change the formulation/process to prevent this awful smell and leakage from happening.

So I was using a standard pressed tab multi and was good to go for awhile, but I noticed that I was having a more and more difficult time getting it to go down. That B flavor just wasn't working for me. So I switched to a capped vegitarian multi that ended up smelling and tasting worse... Fear not, however, hope was not lost and in stepped the Irwin One-Only Multi. These things rock. Good ammount of supplement and they go down easy without the grimy flavors of other multi vitamins. Definate buy.

I previously purchased the liquid gel multi with iron by accident. I take Slo-Fe for my iron supplement so didn’t need it in my daily. Once I finished both bottles purchased, I bought this one as it’s iron free. I fell in love with taking this once a day. I was a longtime buyer of Irwin Natural Liquid Gel Multiple, but it required 3 large gel caps a day and I take so many supplements I ended up not sticking to taking all of them a day as I needed to take them in 2-3 times vs just once. Spreading them out helped with digestion and energy. If I didn’t eat a meal or fasted too long I’d miss taking them. With one a day, I take when I eat and don’t have to worry about taking it again for 24 hours. The downside of this purchase was switching to the no iron version. I opened the bottle and immediately smelled the fish oil smell. I’m confused because the iron version did not have a noticeable fish oil smell at all. What is Irwin Naturals doing differently with this version? It doesn’t smell rancid and hasn’t made me sick. It just smells very strongly of a highly concentrated fish oil and has a fishy taste which isn’t pleasant. I’m hoping that this isn’t the norm, but if it is I hope I get used to it. Otherwise this multi is an excellent vitamin compilation and has high levels of many supplements that are important to me as a mid-aged woman. I also like that trace minerals, green super food blend and Bioprine are included. Honestly I think it could do without the fish oil since most people take them separately or at least provide a version without it like they do with iron. I do take an odorless fish oil supplement, but the small 500 mg included in this honestly is minuscule. It’s like an after thought. So if a strong Fish Oil smell gets to you, try the with iron version. I never noticed this issue. The 3 a day version may have had Fish Oil but I also don’t remember it being as strong as it is in this bottle. Hence why this gets a 4 star rating and not a 5.

Super fresh and it great condition!

Took a while but this vitamin (about 3-4 weeks) started keeping me up all night; also visiting the Bath R. I wondered what I changed and finally realized this was the only thing changed in that time. I stopped it and went back to my old vitamin about a week ago and my night-time is almost back to normal. It's sad to me this developed since I felt an all-natural vitamin would be better than commercial brands. I've bought other products of this brand but haven't yet tried them. I add 1 change at a time for about a month to see if it has any side-effects and also to see if it works for the purpose, I purchased it.
