Wish I had found sooner
Bought this for a USB rechargeable flashlight that uses one 18650 battery. The first battery that I bought for it was a little to small and would rattle around in my flashlight which caused it to work intermittently.These did the trick, fit perfectly in my flashlight and now it works great. My flashlight recharges with a micro USB cable and this battery charges while in the flashlight using that method. Apparently Button Top is what you want to look for in these batteries when buying one for a flashlight

Old battery wrapped in new plastic cover.
Battery to thick and long to fit my charger and flashlight. I took wrapper off and found another wrapper under the battery. These are recycled battiers and just have a new wrapper on them, Do not recommend them.
