Good, but may require calibration
I started with the Fotodiox Pro adapter (Canon FD to EOS) and liked what it gave me: a reasonably priced way to get a Canon FD 50mm f/1.4 lens onto an EOS body. Since I have gotten more FD lenses, I thought I'd give the Danelion version a try, since it was supposed to at least give me feedback (audio/visual) on when I was in focus. With the lens that I was using, the focus alert was always just a bit off, firing just beyond the optimum focus. I have to admit that I didn't see that the Dandelion can be calibrated for optimal focus on a specific lens. That's at least reassuring, but I haven't yet gotten around to trying the calibration.

Don't hesitate!
Works perfectly! I have an old Canon 50mm f1.8 and a Vivitar 28mm-90mm f2.8 varifocal. Low light at ISO 3200 even full open, exposure is perfect. I'm no pro, but I didn't notice any haze at all. Surprisingly, at slow shutter speeds as low as 1/15, hand held, I had no shake, and these are not image stabilizing lenses. Camera is a T4i.

Instructions for use
I found the instructions for setup and usage totally lacking. So far I have not been successful in setting up the modes and have used the adapter only in manual mode.

Citrus
Focus confirmation only works part of the time and there is NO aperture control. Great concept, poor product....maybe I got a lemon.
