No more worrying for an anxious / PND mother
BACKGROUND:I suffer terribly with anxiety and perinatal depression, and have a particular issue around whether our little one gets too hot or cold at night. I am constantly getting up and checking their temperature, or obsessing with the thermostat in the bedroom. After a terrible night of the LO waking from being too hot, I found this and ordered the 1 tog 18-35m size as our LO was 13 months. The logic was they were growing quickly, and I wanted one that they'd be able to wear for some time if it worked out, and comfortably without feeling constrained.SIZE AND FITTING:Our LO at 13m is already wearing 18-24m clothes, so this was my guideline. Once the feet are in, I did have a check to see if the hanging material would cause a trip hazard. There was a worry about this, but actually the fabric moves along with the feet, sort of like Aladdin pants (if you've seen the Disney animated movie, you'll know what I mean), and at 13m, I was able to fold the material at our OL's midsection which made it almost like a 2-piece pyjama. But it wasn't an issue and the LO ran around doing their usual business with no issues at all!It fit well around the neck and shoulders, which is where I was concerned they may catch a chill, or even overheat. It was loose enough to be breathable while also providing cover. Really so relieved.THICKNESS:Our LO runs quite warm as they fall asleep, so for me it was important I knew they were kept covered from chills, but not overheating. Our bedrooms stays at an average 22c (71.6f), maybe 23c (72.4f) at highest, and 20c (68f) at lowest. I chose to leave the feet uncovered, but with a thin cotton long sleeve vest on underneath. This worked well, as I did not feel their neck getting sweaty, and their feet didn't get too cool either. I think the compression from the leg/feet fabric helped as well. The 1tog was really encouragingly breathable while also being of solid excellent quality cotton material, and it made me feel really rather pleased to know they'd be sleeping with this covering them. It really did feel like a premium thin blanket. If I felt LO wasn't retaining enough heat, I'd put the feet coverings on, but generally speaking since our bedroom doesn't drop below 20c (68f), I don't think they'd need a 1.5tog or 2tog. If they did, I may consider putting them in a thicker long sleeve vest.FINAL VERDICT:I am so so very glad I ordered this. The price is a bit steep but it's absolutely worth it. I'd used regular sleep sacks before but the lack of foot exposure meant they often led to overheating. Our LO is a very mobile sleeper who likes to sit up and switch up positions, but also stands and walks and wants to look over the top of their cot/crib. This gives me relief and confidence our LO is comfortably and safely covered and warm, while also giving them the freedom to sleep in whatever fashion they wish.Highly recommended.

soft warm and comfy
Bought for my little girl who was struggling to sleep on her traditional sleep bag as she rolls around so much she got it all twisted and she likes to have her feet free and it’s fab!Very soft material; warm and comfy and is great for keeping little ones warm but also giving them the freedom to move their legs around and walk around.Has little flaps that fold over the feet to keep them warm or you can fold them up and have their feet out, easy to put on with a zip, has a popper and some fabric to cover up the zip and has a lovely design which is fun for little ones, and washes well without losing any softness. My girl has been very happy at night time since we got this. Would definitely recommend.!

Just brilliant!
This is gorgeously soft and snuggly. It has also kept my baby in sleeping bags for a bit longer. He’s a massive fidget in bed and recently decided that normal sleeping bags were not for him (MASSIVE temper tantrums ensued every night!). I tried him with a duvet, but due to his fidgeting he would wake continuously throughout the night because he was cold. Tried this sleeping bag and we both love it! He likes that his legs aren’t trapped and that in the morning he is able to move around freely! A fab investment for sure!!

Over priced and dont stay nice.
This bobbles and discolours so fast. The feet bits are quite small it deffo wont fit him until hes 18m. The price of this is really high there really is no need. Next size up is £47. I wont be getting it.What is it with companys that make things to help keep babies warm/safe/make parents lives easier they cash in on it. It's just absolute greed!it says its 2.5 tog but my son has been cold wearing this and iv had to give him a blanket anyway (hes 9m old) it isnt enough on it's own.

Foot keeps coming off, doesn’t feel very warm
Bought this as my 12mo is very mobile and hates getting stuck in a regular sleep bag. Usually buy “Love to dream” but as they were sold out in the size we wanted, we gave this one a try and unfortunately it just doesn’t work. The leg/foot portion is too short, so when you cover baby’s feet with the cover, the leg section becomes too short and doesn’t hold in place. As a result, my baby’s feet kept coming out of the feet section and got stuck in the sleep sack portion and I spent the whole night trying to fix it every time he woke up.Also even though this is sold as a 2.5 tog it does not feel as thick and warm as my 1.5 tog. Our home is usually warmer so this is ok for us but I don’t think this will be warm enough for temperatures under 20C

Nice!
My son hates blankets or anything like it, but he was getting so cold during the night I couldn't find anything he could have to keep him warm, safe and comfortable until I came across this! He is SUPER snug in it with his arms still free to move. This product keeps him warm all through the night too. I will mention though.. it is slightly tight fitting around his stomach area and he's average size.

Squashed toes
Love the panda design it is adorable. But on my 18 month the suit isn't long enough to be used with the feet design tucked in. The toes end up badly squashed, no matter how many times I pull it down. In the end I've decided to use it with socks and the feet untucked. Seeing as the suit is 18-36 I don't think that is ideal.

Lovely but a little too big
Very nice! Ordered size 18-36months. Gone by the sizing description but I think they're a little on the larger side, length wise. Other than that it's lovely. I like the option of having the feet either covered or free.
