Alleged remote assistance is offered. I gave up all my IP info etc., Nobody ever actually exercised that option to determine wtf the problem is. A generic answer was given saying "some" Windows 10 is not compatible / will not communicate from PC to Plotter/Cutter. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? "Some" and maybe don't cut it. So now I have to disassemble the damn thing, find the right size box to pack it up and send it back. I swear, this POS along with 3 other expensive and critical to my income/business tools I bought from Amazon are going to bankrupt me. An Asus laptop that won't accept a charge, A sway control hitch for my truck/job trailer and a 5000w inverter that supplies power to my tools. This online purchasing shiit is just that...shiit. These things have left my business severely crippled and losing money and time... which is money. Literally thousands invested and the crap items are nothing but failure inducing paper weights... ANCHORS pulling me under. I'm going to buy my important crap from a brick and mortar from now on. ENOUGH.

Works great... I am very happy that it and the software and drivers work with Windows 10. I am handy with computer controlled tools and computers in general, so this was very easy for me and everything functioned as expected the first time.

the product was shipped defective. They attempted to resolve just took too long.
