Functions generally as advertised, but interface is not intuitive.
I'm sure this is supposed to be a great upgrade from version 5, but it does not seem so to me. The interface is not intuitive, and unnecessarily so. CT7 supposedly can import and design characters that can be used in the CT app. However, doing that requires $20/year annual subscription to the RealLusion cloud! If you don't have any similar product, it's probably a reasonable purchase. If you are will be satisfied with an app, use that (or other apps that have similar capabilities).

A great piece of software but can have a rather sharply inclined learning curve. Haven't played with it enough to give 5 stars but might do so after working with it for a while.

You got 6? This ain't worth the dime or the time to "relearn" using the same darn thing
Well, that was an absolutely SAD purchase on my part. It actually does less than crazytalk6 Pro that I already had (yep, so this so called upgrade was a total waste of my money) The interface is less intuitive----in some important places, yet a tad better in run of the mill things. The choice of emotional control went down, the here's more work for you went up. In 6 you can work two characters or more...can't do that in this---they have some weak claim that they couldn't put it in the phone app...so, the gut the whole thing so they can sell you phone app?

I would not recommend it.
I installed on windoes 8.1 and it will start up but is not compatable and just shuts down. I would not recommend it.

I would not recommend this product to anyone
It's OK, but not for the pro animator as only one character videos can be done. This is such a severe limitation that the product has limited functionality. I didn't find this out until it was too late. Of course, I would not recommend this product to anyone, except for just fooling around.
