We actually do not have any gluten allergies, but made this mix once to bring to a friend's house who had the gluten allergy - and now we'll never go back to regular brownie mix. It is super easy - my 11 year old son makes it himself - and the texture and taste is amazing. It is fudgy and has just the right amount of chewy goodness and gets that gets delicious crisp on the top after baking. I can literally eat the entire pan. There are never any leftovers here.

These are so perfect and delicious even if you do not need to be on a gluten free diet! I melted some chocolate with coconut oil and spread it on top of the brownies. Yummy!

I tried many gluten free flours and let me tell you, this gluten free flour is the BEST!For my son's birthday I have baked a chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies using regular recipes only replacing the regular flour with this gluten free flour. I was impressed with the results :-) So good!
