I was concerned, given some of the comments, that the fragrance may be weak. I decided to purchase anyway and I'm glad I did. I have used this soap for years and detect no difference in the quality of the fragrance. The bar comes in a box that is sealed in a plastic bag. I would not hesitate to purchase this item again.

Very disappointing. Hardly any scent. Had been mentioned by a man in an article in the Wall Street Journal, and he said he always bought cases of the soap whenever he visited Paris.
