great price and fast delivery. advicing to follow the lighter life dieting instructions before buying it and useing it.

Flavour
Loved the flavour. I don't need to lose weight however I have a very poor appetite and this meal replacement is excellent because it provides minimum nourishment. BUT, the price has increased by £15 quid so I won't be getting them again.

seal broken ?tampering
I have just opened the envelope in which this came and a significant amount of powder fell out. The pack appears to have been tampered with. Normally the top seal on these packs is so sound that it is necessary to cut it off but in this case there was an opening of about 1cm in the top seal and the lower re-sealable closure was also open. I am not going to take the risk of using this, but am also not prepared to pay postage to return it. Advice please.

Add 2 level scoops (40g) to 250ml cold skimmed milk. Shake well or mix with an electric blender/hand whisk until super smooth.
