Q: so in this, how many packets do I get? 10 or 20?

When I first brought them there were 20 pkts in a box for £12. Then the price went up and as far as I can tell there are now only 10 pkts in a box so I won't be buying them again.

Q: Have they changed the recipe? I used to love these but these leave a really bad taste in my mouth.

Couldnt tell you. I do like them though

Q: Do these definitely not have menthol in them? i've ordered 2 now from another supplier and they've sent the ones with menthol in twice now.

All Halls Soothers every flavour contain menthol sorry if its not what you want
