Clear is ok, but a little color & extra hold would be better for me. Good for sensitive skin so far!

The funnel / stopper came out the first time I opened it and would not stay in. I also had this problem about 2 years ago and was assured that the company would resolve it. I like the product, but not if it's unusable.

Update: the customer service for this product is amazing. They reached out and offered a refund but I let them know I would prefer a new product if this was defective. I have the product code to a representative so they could get these defected ones off the shelf maybe? But I received new ones and they are 🤩. The right amount of product and the brush is intact. Thanks for helping out!This had good reviews so I was excited to not spend $50+ on an eyebrow color filler. But the brush just makes everything goop on. What is usually a quick makeup application for me has turned into having to precisely put this on, then using another brush to clean it up. The clear also has wayyyy too much product. The picture shows when I first pull the brush from the container.Color is great and it lasts for my 12 hour shift.

Absolutely terrible. Opened it right after it was devlivered and the product came out gooey and super messy and very liquidy. There is no stick or hold. I am not sure if I got a defective product but there is also no stopper in the tube so the brush comes out COVERED in this goopy stuff. Wish I could get a refund.

This is the best I have tried. I got taupe and it looks natural and lasts all day. Just makes my brows appear a little thicker.

This stuff is so good and I would be a constant repeat customer, BUT, I ordered two of these, thinking the first was a one off. Both stoppers got stuck up in the cap, after two uses, which made it so the wand was covered in the brow filler! I hope they fix it, because I'll be back if they do!

I saw this product from one of my fav TikTok creators and she raved about it. Wanted fuller and darker brows so I decided to try it.Ordered it the first time and brush was broken, ordered it again and the smell was horrid. I thought maybe it was just at first and it would go away. I had to wash my face after 20 mins because I started gagging, the smell lingered and I couldn’t stand it. I had to return it. Not.for.me.
