I made cochinita pibil and it came out delicious.

I'm a gourmet cook and love trying new foods and dishes. I have recently been making a lot of Mexican recipes and some called for Achiote paste. I've used this with both chicken and pork and liked the flavor.It really makes a difference in the flavor of a recipe when you use authentic ingredients.These will be a staple in my pantry.

This and a few other ingredients made my meat taste SOOOO GOOD! just youtube the name and you'll see people using it with whatever other ingredients to marinate overnight, then grill it the next day. Soooo fricken good.

Was making pork tacos. THIS paste smelled awful. The smell alone made me so nauseous, I couldn’t even eat dinner, & hubby had to finish cooking, then he only ate 1/2 taco. Ugh
