Cellcronic Alpha v 3 on-Grid Hybrid Solar Inverter 5kw-48v

Pls don't buy cellcronic product . U will find no service from the company. They will try to avoid when u call them. Amazon plz don't sale their products. It will be a cheating to the customers. I have purchased worth 87000 of 5kw alfa V3 but after four months it become dysfunctional.

customer care number on their site keep on changing no one picks up phone anytime I am trying from last 5-6 days my inverter is not functioning properly I don't know how I will get warranty now.

Look wise very nice and slim. Work wise too good having real hybrid function. can be used as off-grid or on grid. Can work with battery and without battery too. Warranty claim is bit disappointing . Rest is Ok .

It's a beast running 3 ACs, Dishwasher and even the clothes dryer and rest of the house at full 5 kw load and it works like a charm,with zero fluctuation, directly powers this load on sunlight during powercut,pure luxury!!!!!!Generates 25 units a day!!! Mad mad products,super happy with the performance!!!

I have their topmost model of inverters and they have made my life hell. There are so many bugs in its software, at least twice a week I have to sit without any electricity in my building for at least 30 mins. All because these inverters takes a lot of time to reset once the grid is off. My advice please dont waste money on it.
