I've using Triphala for years so I know this herb combination is excellent and while looking for my refill I found brand for the first time. One of the first things to look for when buying herb supplements is to buy them organic, this brand is from India(origin of Triphala) and made wiht organic herbs so I decide to try it and so far it has been excellent for regularity and cleansing. Triphala is commonly used cleansing and detox but is more than that as we may read in the bottle. I for sure recommend this product

Usually I am not big fan of the herbs but i gave a shot for this product.I was sceptical first but it just works! I started with 1 capsule afternoon. I ate a pastry but I forgot to take my enzyme pill. I cannot digest very well the gluten, but no bloating and any digestive issues.Next morning was in hurry so I ate two small apples what is a big NO for me because I have prediabetes. At 1pm I realized I didn't have any problem. No hunger no dizziness and any black out moments. My husband asked me that night what is this new bottle on the counter because he started to take the capsules and he has so much energy all day and he did not take nap afternoon. (Do not judge he starts at work at 5am 😏)The first day was a big wow experience for us. I am totally impressed with this product.The coronavirus is here so we hope this product can boost our immune system.I will update this review in April.

I had never used Triphala before hearing about it online. I used some of the powder in the capsule to put into an oil pulling recipe and after seeing a video teaching this. Honestly, my tooth decay is actually going away and my teeth are regrowing enamel! I can hardly believe my eyes! My gums were beginning to recede and now they are back to normal. I also take one capsule daily and my bowel movements are as regular as a clock! I will take this wonderful medicine for the rest of my life!! Thank you for making this!

Feel this is a good way to help detoxify the colon.

I had to play around a little with the dosage, and realize they work better if taken at night. 4 is a bit much, but then once we both things "moving" I could use 3 capsules. If you do take it in the morning, do it on a day you don't have to work, so you can get an idea of how much and how fast it works for you! Drink Lots of water! Works great as an individual with a chronic "poop"ability problem!

I take a variety of supplements, so it's difficult to tell which one is making me feel better at any point in time, but I certainly have not experienced any ill effects. I have tried Triphala in powder form before and it is messy and tastes awful. These have the same color as the powder, so I assume it's the same thing, and so much easier to take in capsule form. I like that they come from India and the price is reasonable.

I've used a different brand of triphala for many years. Just bought this and it seems to make the morning constitution quite smooth. Recommend
