Best of the nut flours…
I’m loving the soft and kind of buttery taste of the cashew flour… I’m diabetic and try to use nut flour whenever I can… but.. I’m not a fan of almond, well just about anything… so I was glad to find a better alternative for me… it needs to come down in price though…

Love this.
The item arrived on time and as described. I purchased this because I have gotten tired of almond flour. This cashew flour offers a better taste in my opinion. It does not have a grainy taste in any of my baked goods. I ordered two bags and once I get low I will be ordering two more. I am very happy with my cashew flour purchase.

Great Covenient Lower Fat Cashew Sub
I really like having this around for any recipes that use cashews. They are a much less expensive version of PB2 cashew powder. PB2 cashew powder has 60 cals for 2 Tabkespoons and this stuff has 80 Cals for 2 Tablespoons. Really worth the few extra calories when you compare the prices of both!!! Will be a kitchen staple for me for sure!!!

Good quality. It’s not finely ground.

Cheap, good flavor, not super fine
Made kaju katli with this powder. Be warned, this flour is not the super fine type that is needed for making kaju katlis. You may need to grind this in your food appliance to make it finer. Do NOT over grind it or it'll become a paste. I bought this because it was super cheap.

Ew Nuts *cashew
Good stuff. I use it mostly as a thickener - if I add too much water to my instant oatmeal, I just add a spoonful or 2 of this and it thickens it right back up! And tastes good too. Or just eat it by the spoonful with a dash of salt. mmmm Cashews.
