Metal eye bolt not welded in the loop , string comes out. Needs welded into loop

Solid construction at a great price.
Just recieved 2 reels. Far surpassed my expectations at this price point. Solid starboard construction and aluminum clamp. I will use these as teaser reels on my Florida keys charter boat to pull teasers & dredges. UPDATE: I originally purchased this reel for $65, since then price has more than doubled.

The product did not work as advertised
Did not hold the planner board. Tightened the handle as much as possible, still slipped and continued to feed out line. This product is intended at best for a light duty application
