Everything works right out of the package but it doesn’t come with batteries. The sensors seem to take a while to update, took one out of my pocket at 88 degrees and put it in the freezer. After five minutes it only dropped to 63.8, but it is dropping. Good enough. I’m using this for my camper, one outside, one in the fridge, one in the freezer. Would give five stars but the sensors are a little slow.

1) Buttons are too small and too close together.2) Buttons are on the back. Have to do tedious flip and peck to change settings.3) Light only stays on for four seconds. Way too much info on the screen to read and digest in four seconds. No way to change that setting.4) You have to perform a complete reset to register a remote. That means remove batteries from the main console, losing all time and date settings in the process. The tedious flip and peck setup process is required each time.5) All remotes have to be registered at the same time. You can't register two now and add a third later. If the batteries in one remote fail you have to replace the batteries in the remote, then remove the batteries in the main console to do another hard reset, including that tedious flip and peck setup process.6) No way to hang the main unit on a wall.7) Definitely would not recommend this unit.

I have attached the base to the wall of my Airstream with VelcroI. I use it to monitor the outside temperature and humidity and compare that to the temperatures and humidity in the lithium battery compartment and insulated water filter/ softener box. My only complaint is that it is not that easy to read unless you take it off the wall and hold it just right in front of you.

I use this in my camper to monitor the fridge, freezer, inside temp, and outside temp. It works perfectly.

These worked pretty good for a while and now only one out of three works. Switching batteries from the one that works to the other two makes no difference.... one works with any combination of the batteries from all three units... The other two do not work, no matter what.

Very disappointed, the remote units are very slow to catch up, took over an hour in my freezer to finally report zero deg. My old unit got there in a few minutes. Also, try as I might could not set the date and time. Up/ down buttons didn't do anything and when hitting set button it just kept scrolling and would adjust. Directions are also backwards, need to power up remotes before base to have it recognize them. I returned on disgust.
