Amazing classic
Book arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This is a perfect reprint of a classic with gorgeous art and the wonderful addition of color. Adepta Sororitas fans shouldn't let this get away! Chances are it'll once more slip into obscurity if one waits too long.

Badass
Love the feel of a good graphic novel in hardcover. The stories so far are great. Make me miss my comic book days.

Stern is awesome
Eisenhorn, Gaunt, Cain, and Stern are the reasons I love 40k and this rebinding did not disappoint.

Good but repetitive and lacks an ending
I have fond memories of Daemonifuge and still have the first two black and white TPBs on my shelf. So I was eager to pick this book up since it not only included book 3 (which I missed) but also colorized the entire series.Printed on good glossy paper with a nice binding, this edition is a definite improvement over the old paperbacks and of course it is in color. The coloring is well done, it adds to the original black and white art while keeping the mood, and is not gaudy or distracting. But content-wise it kind of stalls out. I already felt that book 2 was weaker, the change in artist is distracting and it retreads a lot of the same ground as book 1. Book 3 is even more so, the art is more stylized and at odds with the more realistic art in the first half, and worst of all there's no ending. Stern just escapes from her latest foe and the journey continues.Except that the journey does not continue, there never was a book 4.So Daemonfuge is well-made, good looking and parts of it are a great 40k story, but other parts drag and the story ends on a loose end. Whether or not that is worth your $40 is up to you.
