When I first got it I like that the base was really heavy not flimsy like some of the other ones in the stores but when I put it together I noticed the ball on top was crooked I just had a bend it a little to adjust but it worked. Overall I love it! It holds my big napkins I buy at Walmart and it looks clean and classy

The screw that came in the package to attach the stem to the base was significantly too short. I will have to get another screw before I can assemble this item. Otherwise it looks like it will be nice once I get it put together.

I like the understated sleekness of this paper towel holder. It is attractive and modern, and it does its job. It has enough weight that I can tear off a piece of paper towel (yes, even one-handed! Woo-woo!) without knocking over the towel stand, so I’m impressed. I initially wanted an under-cabinet towel holder but my husband preferred this one. It was a tough choice, but as most wives would do, I ordered the under-cabinet one that I liked because I knew it was the best one for our kitchen. After all, I spend more time there than he does. I planned to attach it right under my top cupboards, but when it arrived, the screw holes were too wide for the spot I planned to use for it, so I had to return it and order the counter top model he liked. I hate to admit it (sigh), my husband was right. This one is more attractive than the type that holds the towel with clamp-like arms. It’s like going from 1950’s style to 2022. I love it!

Paper towel holder came well packaged. It arrived quickly, in 3 parts plus the screw and a foam sticker for the bottom of the base. Easy to assemble. I put everything together in a couple minutes. I’ve had the paper towel holder for about 2 weeks now, and it’s especially sturdy. It’s essentially immovable, even when grabbing a paper towel with one hand. No need to stabilize it. This would be great for anyone with a disability who can only use one hand. My kids are rough with everything, and even they don’t move the paper towel holder when aggressively grabbing for paper towels. Love the matte black look. It’s sleek and modern, and it goes well with my kitchen. Definitely well made. I plan to buy another for a gift. Would highly recommend.

The top ball piece would not screw on straight and overall it felt kind of cheap

I dislike the fact that I damaged both pieces trying to connect the base with the towel holder together.

Came quickly and as described. I had no issues attaching the ball at the top and fortunately it does fit well. Just what I wanted to tie all of my subtle accents together.
