These seed were ready to go, within 3 to 4 days I had sprouts. Some seeds took longer. I did the soaking of the listed (basil ans parsley)seeds and I just planted the same seeds. The ones I just planted did better then the one I have soak and planted. They did great when I transplanted them. Easy to follow instructions. The wood tablets was amazing and grew with water better than I thought they would. The only thing was the dirt just seemed dry a lot so I was watering more, which I thought I was watering to much. I noticed that if I tented the plants with plastic the dirt seem to not loose as much water and seemed less dry.

Easy to follow instructions to get it set up. It’s been about 10-12 days and the picture shows the sprouts. The chives are behind a little bit but so far so good!

This was a gift. Did the seed test and most of the seeds were good. Planted them. And really like boy the basil grew. Followed directions put out so sun would get to it. But kinda of a dud.

Love starting seeds some didn't take

Just buy seeds and dirt. The "soil" that's comes with this is terrible

I recently gotten into gardening and wanted to learn to grow plants and crops that I can use in the kitchen. I realized how difficult that can be if you are starting from seed instead of buying a pre-grown crop. This starter kit really emphasized that growing from the seed takes a lot of love and care and I have spent everyday since I ordered this looking at my plants and watching them slowly bud. It took a while but they are finally peeking above the soil on a couple of them and it's exciting. It does get a little worrying waiting for the others to peek above the soil but with constant love I am sure something will come of it. This is definitely a slow process and will take patience if you start from the seed but definitely rewarding.

I wasn’t crazy about this herb growing kit. It was a bit pricey for what you actually get. My herbs all grew, which was wonderful and really exciting. But the containers are just too small to get very many herbs. When I transferred them outside, I took most of them out of the little pots even though they said they could be planted directly into the soil in the pots. The plants that I took out of the pot and transferred directly into the soil did MUCH better than those that I left in the pots that came with the kit and planted in the soil. It was disappointing because I was really hoping to have a good little herb garden. I could’ve just bought the seeds for way less and been just as successful. Next time, I will just buy the seeds and plant them in my own pots and save the money.

I was waiting to write a review to see if the grew and omg yes they did. I don’t have a green thumb so I’m very excited about my herbs 🪴
