I don't eat enough fruits and veggies, and what I do buy alot of it goes to waste. Also I could not get the variety that is best for me so even if I did eat them, I wouldn't be able to eat enough or enough variety to get all the benefits this product delivers. Also the ingredients have science behind them. There is a brand on tv. that wants you to take 6 capsules, wants to force you on auto delivery, has terrible customer service and no clear science...that is not for me. This company is great to customers! While taking this product I have been healthy!

I ordered these pills because I wake up 3 x a night with leg spasms. These pills have stopped them and I am sleeping through the night with no wake ups except my alarm clock! Will buy again!

One a day is not that troublesome to take. After a week of taking this I feel better than before. It is a great healthy lifestyle supplement.
