Beautiful Functional easy to use. 1st purchase of this brand. If on full boil be careful of the vent holes, they really work. Part if the reason a Windsor pan can remove liquid so we’ll. if you need something to display, the pan is a great choice.

This pan cost about $50 More than the Avacraft equivalent (three ply induction pot.) The Avacraft would have cooked just as well,(probably better because the second choice had holes around the lid to drain it, and it had pourer spouts) but this pan is so amazingly cool I had to have it. Makes me feel like a 4 star chef. I watch cooking videos from Wondrium. The chef of the Culinary Institute of America uses Viking pans.

Great pan and no more worries about scratching the “non-stick” surface! The pan is heavy, but the heat distribution is worth it. Clean up is not bad if you use the pan as instructed.

Great saucepan, every corner of the pan received uniform heat. While it feels substantial in my hands, it's not overly heavy, making it easy to maneuver around the stove. The tapered design allows for easy stirring and whisking, ensuring that ingredients are thoroughly mixed without splattering. Additionally, the shape promotes efficient evaporation.

Warms evenly and maintains heat well. Delightful to use and produces nicely cooked foods. I use Bar Keepers Friend to clean it when needed and it still shines like new. Highly recommend!

Love my new Viking saucepan! It is a very attractive stainless steel pan with great styling, weight, elegant long handle and beautiful clear lid. I'm cooking in style and it cleans up beautifully! Happy I found this pan on Amazon!

The lid isn't able to be cleaned because bacteria builds up in between the metal rim and the glass. I worry I will make the kids sick... I tossed the lid and replaced it with a ceramic plate! Viking needs to provide a safer lid. The pot however, is of exceptional quality, and it looks great also! Its been almost 2 years after purchase, and I still use it almost every day! Excellent pot

The quality is unbelievable, weight, ease of cleaning and love the size and its American made. The handle is feels good and great grip action.
