Room on the Broom Big Activity Book

Love this activity book! My 3 year old nephew is a huge ROTB fan! He memorized the entire book & reenacts it daily. He loves puzzles so the sticker puzzles in the book were great. Love the variety of activities: coloring, puzzles, patterns, drawing, recipes & more. Some of the drawing activities are a little advanced for his age and he won’t be able to do the crosswords but everything else has been fun and it’s helping him with learning how to follow instructions.My only complaint - I wish the stickers were on pages that could be ripped out. Because of the book bending, the stickers are peeling off their page before we get to use them and it’s annoying to have to flip to the back of the book every time we need to use a sticker. It wasn’t easy but I decided to cut the sticker sets out (that is the picture I included). Now he can work on one sticker activity at a time without being overwhelmed and we don’t have to constantly flip to the back of the book!Overall - I would definitely recommend!

My kids have all always loved this book. Now we get to enjoy it with the grands. This activity book is adorable. I’m so glad we bought it.

What a great addition to the book. As someone working in pediatric speech therapy the book was easy to use and the stickers and activity pages made it easy to add to an already fun story. As everything you need is in the activity book prep time was kept to a minimal, which was much appreciated. The activities range from easy (for younger children) to more challenging (re-telling the story with props) for older children. The clients really enjoyed it and asked for some of the activities long past Halloween.

My kids loved this book? It is so fun and has a good kid theme. One of our favorites.

My son LOVED this book! We had so much fun doing all of the different activities that came in it. We're actually still doing them because there are so many. My 4 year old loved doing the sticker puzzles the most and we had a blast with the face painting, wand making, and edible witch hats.

Wonderful children's story - unfortunately, I purchased for my grand-niece & nephew for halloween and did not think to call my niece first to see if she already had it... She did and begrudgingly I had to return the book! Really love this story!

The subject Room on the Broom, is for toddlers, they read the book in preschool. But the activities are for much older kids, I'd say 6 or 7, then by that age, this is too babyish. Stickers tear easily. Coloring pages are really more for adults, very small. There are whole pages devoted to ideas like how to make a broomstick out of cheese and a pretzel. That can be found on pinterest. Found a less visually attractive, but useable for kids, and less expensive Halloween activity book also on Amazon to replace this one with.

I am a teacher and read Room on a Broom each year. This is a great supplement to the text. I also bought it for a gift for a six year old girl and she loved it!

This is surprisingly good compared to many other activity books and has a lot of varied content. Bought for a 5 year old and would suit ages 3-6 years I’d say. There are puzzles, sticker puzzles, sticker scenes, cutting out activities, colouring pages, drawing pages, make & do ideas. My only niggle is that all the sticker sheets are bound in at the back, would really help if sticker pages could be easily removed as it’s hard to keep going to the back to find the stickers one at a time.

Bought for daughter who is a big Julia Donaldson fan. She loves 'Room on the Broom' and has the book and DVD. This is a lovely big activity book with a wide range of activities, some of which my three year old needs a bit of help with but I bought this as something that we could do together so that works well for us. Fantastic illustrations as you'd expect.

Bought this for my 5 yr old daughter who loves room on the broom & she loves this activity book. There's lots to do in it.
