Positives: Great product! Very healthy. This powder has a negative charge that your body does not absorb. However, because of that negative charge, it takes with it toxins and metals that shouldn't be in your body. I think it's a great product for anyone. Fast food, tap water, cheap cooking pans, canned food... We all have stuff in our bodies that doesn't need to be there. For those who have smoked for so long that the smell of the cigarettes permeates in their sweat - it helps clear some of that out. Also helps athletes foot or acne. Not a cool gift to be left with, but I love this product. It seems healthy and safe to me. It helps undo all the daily mistakes of what we should not be eating, and I don't think it can harm you. It's volcanic ash, so think of it as your magic dirt. It says on the bottle to use it for a face mask but that's to sell it. It wouldn't see as a medicine because it tastes like ashes, but take it into your body to feel better and have more energy.Negatives: On the flip side, it can leave you with having to run to the restroom a little more often than usual. Be prepared for the "runs" - thus don't take a huge table spoon and then decide to travel, or present a lecture at some important business meeting.How to use it: I've tried mixing with with cranberry juice and vodka to make it easier to take. I find it troubling that people rate this product low and they have not even bought it. That gives the company a bad name and discounts the product. I got this product as it was part of a popular inexpensive cleanse people are doing these days. The Bentonite (clay) is mixed in water and can't be absorbed by the body. The theory is it passes through with a negative charge allowing the positively charged particles (i.e. mercury, metals, etc.) to be attracted to the clay and eliminated from the body. Used with psylium husk and 500mg magnesium oxide per 50 pounds of body weight it does "clean you out".

I used another clay once by itself to cleanse my face and it really moisturized my face but my fine rash was still there. Today, decided to wash my hair with this Bentonite Clay mixed with equal parts of the other clay and a few other natural ingredients (aloe & essential oils). I had some mixture left over and instinctively just rubbed it onto my face, not expecting any miracle or any relief from facial impurities.
