NOW Foods - Organically Hip Hibiscus 24 tea bags (Pack of 2)

Wow! This tea is really yummy. Hoping to get the health benefits from it as well. I was a little taken back from the actual tea bags- the tea is a powder & some escapes inside the plastic cover. Ended up shaking it out into the hot water. When I took the tea bag out- I always squeeze them to get every drop… well this tea turns almost into a gel & my fingers looked like I’d cut myself! No matter- I know next time to use a spoon.Really really delicious!! I highly recommend for that alone!

It's a really good tea. I love how each pouch is individually wrapped and sealed for optimal freshness and longevity. The tea is consistent and high quality for hibiscus. I drank 2 boxes of this stuff pretty quickly.The downside would be price and quantity. I can get a pound of this stuff loose for $10-20 which is what I've done. This stuff 👆 has a higher quality but when you drink as much tea as I do it adds up.I can't really complain much. I totally loved this stuff and it was great but I won't be buying more instead I'll be purchasing bulk so I don't have to keep ordering constantly even if the quality takes a small drop. 👍

I, apparently, did not read the description well and was pleasantly surprised with receiving two boxes. I use to buy this in store and couldn't find it anymore. I was merely searching for a K-cup version of some "tea" that Starbucks sold a bit of time ago. This popped up and I bought it. I just opened a box and tried some today.Please note that you might want to use a bag at a time before just jumping to how many ever you usually use. The flavor of this tea is on the strong side. It isn't a bad thing, but if you like a light flavor and normally use two or three tea bags due to other teas flavors being super light, I would recommend using one tea bag.

It's kind of bitter,. Definitely an acquired taste. I think I will keep drinking it for the health benefits.Reminds me of Lebanese tea. I hated Lebanese tea the first few times I tried it. The health benefits of hibiscus tea include relief from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as digestive, immune system, and inflammatory problems. It helps to cure liver disease and reduces the risk of cancer.These come individually wrapped in cellophane. Nice packaging. Color wise, it's purple. Looks like wine or grape juice. Honestly, I saw that the cast of Scandal drink this type of tea instead of drinking wine or the usual grape juice. The cast complained about the sugar content in the juice. Darby Stanchfield (Abby) said that the crew makes it really strong to resemble wine. I also drink mine over ice, sweetened with stevia.

I've been buying this on and off for years, first for my pressure at night and now I just make it cold and drink it because the taste is great, add so me lemon juice and it's just great .

I enjoy this unique tea in the afternoon while reading.
