Dissatisfied
I paid for an 18" chain ,I received a 16" chain that was to small,after getting it 3 days late ,so I overpaid ,and prime does not make it easy to return an item so I'll just gift it to someone,I would not recommend buying gold this way ,

Chain was not as nice as picturebroke off It was embarrassing it was a gi I wasted almost $200.00
It was not as nice as the picture but still beautiful but when chain broke and didn’t realize it was like I threw almost $200 away. My daughter bought me a mom necklace for Mother’s Day. The feet came off so I couldn’t use necklace. I can’t buy jewelry off Amazon anymore. I would like a refund. Thank you it had no value since it broke off not realizing it until I asked where’s chain. As I said 2nd necklace broken lost pieces. My son and I have necklaces for many many years never having these issues

Fragile
I bought this necklace for my son. True indeed he may be s but careless but the necklace has broken 3 times now. Very thin and poorly made. On top of that most jewelers don't want to fix it cause it's hollow. This last time it broke in 2 spots. How can I get this fixed!!?

Authentic and excellent neckless for the money.
My son broke his chain, again. So, I did not want to but a very expensive chain, but also, I don't like to but plated or fill jewelry. I saw the chain and the size and description looked good, the pictures and size comparisons were also very good. I make sure I did read perfectly, so this was not a plated or filled chain. 10K it is more durable than 14K, sparks a bit less, but it is still real gold, and for the price, you could not beat this deal.

Broke in less than a week
Necklace is nice looking. But very cheap. Broke at the links, not even the clasp, in less than a week of getting it. I don’t even know how it broke.

The company honors its warranty
I only gave it four stars cuz the chain is so tiny and very fragile. But it looks really nice I got it for my son and he loves it, also the clasp broke and they replace the chain without any hassle. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again

It was very small and not really inexpensive
I did not like how small it was in length and in chain size. I do not think it was the best value for what I paid for it. I ended up not gifting it, and plan on a return.
