Really Impressive
I was looking at getting one of these from Wrapunzel to use under my more slippery tichels. I've been using a cloth headband this whole time and it ends up slipping back along with my scarf. The Wrapunzel one was pretty pricey and did not include shipping, so I thought I'd check Amazon. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Incredibly effective. Comfortable. Great price. The best thing is it doesn't show under the scarves! My headband was thick and you could see it underneath. In any case I'm very very pleased with this item.

Great headband for large heads!
I don't wear wigs, so I can't say how well this works for that purpose. But I do like to wear headbands around the house to keep my hair out of my face. I find that the plastic ones hurt my head, so I tend to like the fabric ones better. But apparently I have an unusually large head, so fabric ones always slip off. I've tried so many brands - even ones like Junk, Scunci, and others that are supposedly made for large heads - but within 15 minutes of putting it on, it gradually slides off my head so that it looks like I'm wearing a fabric crown. Not the look or functionality I was looking for, so my search continued...until I found this! I don't know whether it's the adjustable band on the bottom or the material it's made out of, but IT STAYS IN PLACE, even - by some miracle - while I'm sleeping! At times, out of habit, I go to readjust it from slipping off to be pleasantly surprised that it's still right where it should be. It's also super soft and comfortable so I can barely feel that it's on. I've washed it multiple times in a mesh garment bag on the permanent press setting of my washer, and it comes out like new again (no shrinking, stretching, or deformation). I've finally found a headband that works for my big head!

Works
They need to make one for a petite head even thou this one is adjustable still could be tighter.

Good fit, but slips
This wig grip is comfortable and I like that it tapers, so it doesnt bother my ears. I also like the elastic in the bag and overall it feels like good quality. I am taking off a couple stars though because I find it keeps slipping backwards.

Perfect wig grip
Love these. It’s nice to not have all that bulk in the back of my head.

More comfy than wide band for me
I hate the wide Velcro wig bands they feel like they’re riding halfway up my head after 10 minutes. The silicone ones are waaay too tight. And the full cap wig band is too much cap for me. This one feels the most comfortable for my head shape/size and affixes into place with a little bit of Ebin adhesive on the small amount of bio hair I have left in back.

Dangerous
The package looks like the dye from the headband bled abd the package itself looks either used or just really old. I stupidly put it on my head and my scalp is burning from this headband. Never in my life had this happen to me. Be cautious!

My GO TO Wig Grip
I tried many wig grips in my "new to wigs" journey. The velcro grips that wrap all the way around your head were ok. The silicone grips gave me a headache. I stumbled on these watching a wig review. I like that they are adjustable. I like the little tag that tells me I have it on in the right direction! and I like that the elastic band at the back doesn't add as much bulk as the full velcro grip. For me, everything seems to be staying in place much better and I feel much more secure. I have probably about 10 of these. Not that they have worn out yet, I just like to have a clean one after a few uses, then I put them all in a mesh bag and launder them on delicate and start over!
