Best product I bought the expensive brand and it didnt even have a case and they were terrible. These were super easy to mold stay in your mouth just all around great you cant go wrong. They are not a big gummy mess in your mouth you can talk clear I use them to bring together my teeth since a gap has come out of nowhere.

This product is great for grinding teeth. It is a great stress guard. I would highly recommend.

They were extremely easy to mold to my teeth. I was nervous at first by the smaller size, but they literally stretched and covered everything needed for whitening.

So loose, and I almost bit threw it

I have orthodontic retainers that I wear nightly. I'm having a series of back crowns replaced over the next several months, and thought this would be a good interim option, since my current retainers won't fit properly. These are easy enough to prepare; you basically place in boiling water and then mold to your teeth. I followed the directions precisely and they are a joke. Just a thick wad of plastic that barely fit on the teeth. One could certainly not talk with them in. And "maintain teeth alignment after braces?" Don't be silly. These aren't remotely like a custom fitted retainer, which is a thousand times thinner and snaps tightly around the teeth. They aren't going to prevent teeth from relapsing after orthodontics. I suppose one could use these as a nightguard, if they don't fall out while you sleep.

My husband had been having a hard time trying to find one of these mouth guards that could be formed properly and would work. After trying other brands with little success we decided to try just one more before having the dentist make him one, and that last chance was with this product.The first really nice thing about this product is they give you 2 splints in case you absolutely screw one up while you’re shaping it, but he got it shaped great the first time. Finally!! Success!! So he went ahead and made the other one and that one turned out really well also.The directions were pretty good and instruct to put in hot water. What we found worked best was to heat the water to near its boiling point, then place the splint in the water for at least 20 seconds or more. Make sure the splint is fully soft and don't bite down when you place it in your mouth. Use your hands to press down and around the teeth. If you’re not satisfied then place it back into the hot water. You can do this several times for a near perfect fit. However, he did have to cut the ends so that the splint didn't ride over his gums. After he was totally satisfied with the fit, he placed the splint back into the hot water just to reshape it a bit more and made sure it was flat. Then he let it cool for at least 5 minutes to harden, and Voila! A perfect fit mouth guard.NONE of the other brands he has tried matched this one for ease of shaping and uniformity. He was thrilled and I’m thrilled because this means better sleep for both of us and hopefully less dental bills. Hats off to the developers of this 5 star item!!
