Sturdy pan
I have tested multiple aluminum pans with induction bases, but none of them heated properly. However, this steel pan heats up excellently. Its flat and wide base makes it perfect for making rottis. Just a word of caution: when handling this bad boy, be careful not to drop it, as it can potentially damage your floor.

Go for it!
It's my first steel nonstick pan, and it is very good. It is heavy, unlike aluminum pans. Hence, pretty sturdy.The non-stick coating is good. However, I still need to use it for a longer period of time to properly judge that.

Handle of pan get too hot 🔥
Overall product is very good and elegant, sturdy and easy to clean but while cooking its handle get very hot

Best for making rotis
U can't buy a better pan than this...if u r thinking to make roti using induction.I have bought many aluminium pan/tawa in which rotis were always half cooked but this pan(no tawa available)of steel made the same kind of roti as it is made on iron tawa using LPG gas stove.
