A great tool in conjunction with the book and program!
I've really liked the book Never Binge Again. I decided to take the course and I learned so much. The book, course, and workbook all work seamlessly with each other. Even if you were to take the book and workbook, you can still learn a lot.The physical book:-Has a nice smooth silky feel. (If you're into that kind of thing.)-Bright yellow cover so you can't miss your workbook sessions. It will not blend amongst your things unless it's with a room full of bananas. I promise I'm not obsessed with food. It just pops up in my head.-No weird library book smell.-About an inch thick.-The size is equivalent to a regular notebook.-The pages are thick enough to write in (which of course is the purpose) even with a gel pen.-The font is smooth and readable. Easy on the eyes.-Definitely adequate space for writing.-The covers are flimsy, hence paperback. I would say be careful how you set it down or where you put it. It can easily get dirty. You'll want to take this workbook everywhere you go.-There are only physical copies of this workbook...no kindle yet if needed.The content of workbook:-It's a workbook guys, so yes there are repetitive pages; they have reason to repeat. Dr. Livingston even gives you a fair warning. Repetition is key to success in this program whether taken by yourself or in the program.-It is well organized in guiding you through the process of the program.-You will familiarize yourself with common Never Binge Again lingual.-You can see your progress while going through the book. PROOF that it's working or areas that need attention.-The workbook also serves to reinforce your commitment to stop binging or overeating.-You will enjoy Dr. Livingston's light-hearted humor.-All important points are in the workbook with examples and explanations of how things work.-Easy to understand and follow through.-No crazy advertisement to "get in the program".-It gives you a chance to write along with the Never Binge Again book.Overall:5***** rating because it does help in conjunction with either the book and/or the program. It's like icing on the cake (which are NOT part of my food plan, so YES I will have my icing and the cake! Okay, just a smidge because food isn't my main squeeze anymore.) Also, it works. You put the effort to do it, EVEN if you don't BELIEVE you can. It will change your world! Thank you, Dr. Livingston, Yoav, and team for sharing this life-changing tool!

This workbook is going to change my life.
I’m not done with this work book yet I’m over 1/3 of the way threw but I can already feel changes. I haven’t binged in 4 days and that might not be a very long time yet but if you’re struggling with food you know 4 days is a start. I have been struggling with emotional overeating for about 3 years sense I got separated and divorced. I do feel powerless when it comes to food. I do need to learn and practice better way to deal with my feelings. Losing weight is very hard and you want it to happen so fast so you can feel better. But that has never worked for me I never changed my mindset I just beat myself into submission. But in the very beginning of this book it talks about how 1 change can change your whole life. And how making just 1 change and sticking to it is going to snow ball and empower you so you can see that you’re not powerless to the food. Work that 1 rule until you can do it for 10 days in a row then add something else. It doesn’t happen overnight but it can happen all we have to do is start taking back control. It makes you write a lot about the life that’s waiting for you once you take back the power over food and it’s going to be so beautiful. They are right I have made 1 change and I’m on day 4 of my first rule. This book is giving me hope and I haven’t had hope for losing weight in a while. I’m very glad I made this purchase.

I'm so thankful to Dr. Glenn for his work with binge eating. I started restricting at age 13, which started a lifelong eating problem that lasted until now at age 36. I was bulimic on and off over the years, and often felt suicidal because I was sick and tired of struggling with this issue over and over again. I have always had normal BMI my whole life, so others do not know this. There are so many people who silently carry this heavy burden of suffering and shame. I too used to read Overeaters Anonymous' publications and believed that I was completely powerless to stop myself from giving in to my urges. I met with psychiatrists whose only antidote for me was psychiatric drugs. Thanks to Dr. Glenn, I have embraced complete personal responsibility over my behaviors, and his method of dominating the lower brain has helped me to be a more productive person by limiting internet use and being more self-disciplined in all areas of life. I think Dr. Glenn's work saved my life and gave me a key to freedom. Thank you for the identity change, that I fall in love with the person I am becoming and my work in the world rather than with the tastes my tongue experiences. I really hope that more people can experience freedom from suffering, and I hope that more people would find out about his excellent work. Thank you!

This really works!
Most books about weight regulation give you strict rules - what you are supposed to eat, what you must not eat, when to eat, etc. This book is totally different - and to me its approach is absolutely great! It helps you stick to your food plan - whatever kind of plan you chose. You set your goals - and this book helps you follow them. All of a sudden, things seem so much easier - this really works - it is amazing! This book also helps you find your personal motivation - working on your big "why" - in a very clear, detailed way. Finally: Doing all this is not work - but fun! I would definitely buy the book again. Thank you so much!

A no-nonsense approach to taking your power back
This book has changed my life ... and I don't say that lightly! After 32 years of binge-eating, yoyo dieting and obsessing about weight and food, this no-nonsense approach has given me the tools to take my power back! To really gain the full benefit from this book you need to be familiar with Glenn Livingston's Never Binge again work. I was, and have read many of his publications, but it was not until I got this workbook, that all the things that I have gleaned from the NBA approach fell into place. If you are, like me, the kind of person who needs their hand holding and to be guided through a process slowly and methodically, then I think this book will be really helpful for you. I am still working through it, and it is helping me every single day. Thankyou Glenn.
