I "expected' them to fit snugly so for those who complain that they "run small" - they're exactly the right size for competitive ballroom dance.They're also correctly balanced in the heel and sole, and the tiny bit of padding at the ball of the foot and toe are fabulous.The company also offers free returns, so if you're a social dancer only, either order 1/2 size up to begin with or ask for an exchange.Don't give this company a crummy rating - give them a chance to help.

I needed decent but not professional dancing shoes without breaking the bank. I knew I was taking a risk with these, but I am happy enough to make them my main dancing shoes.Takeaways:- I am usually a size 9 1/2 but I prefer snug dance shoes so I went with a 9, but it feels a half size too big instead.- The buckle holes are not well placed . . . I had to add holes a good 1.5 inches down the strap to come close to fitting my foot. I don't mind customizing but the smallest given hole was ridiculously off.- There is actually quite a nice amount of padding under the ball of the foot so it feels cushier than my old shoes. I'm impressed - best aspect of these shoes!I've danced a several times in them so far (about 5 hours total) doing fast and slow Latin dances, and I am satisfied. Like I mentioned they aren't snug but my feet doesn't slip or slide in them enough to affect my dancing. And the padding is really nice. The quality of the fabric is so-so but it's a shoe so no one will get a close enough look to notice. The main thing is that the are comfortable and I forget about them while dancing. Would be 4 stars except for the sizing and buckle hole shortcomings.

I order this shoes and they are arrive on expected date, I tried them on and they were very comfortable but my toes hung over a bit. I was so sad when I realized that the shoe must run small, I contacted the company & they issued me a full refund on my order. Ladies I suggest y'all order a size up!

I got these for a wedding and wanted something classy and comfortable, these shoes came with a little carrying bag so I brought them to the reception and changed there since these cannot be worn on the street. They have suede bottoms for floor dancing like tango, waltz and etc. They are just like the ones they wear on dancing with the stars. Professional dancing shoes. Love them.

I attempted to order based on the sizing for these shoes that was listed, however when I got them they were extremely small (like nearly 2 sizes too small!) Needless to say I had to return them, but they were pretty, and I would have kept them if they were the right size. I have ordered salsa shoes from other sites and the quality seemed comparable and the shoes had good arch support. But alas none of that matters if I can't actually wear it.

I wear through shoes quickly as a ballroom dancer, both socially and for performance, so these work alright as affordable "filler" shoes. The sole is padded well and arch gives plenty of support. They'd probably be less pinchy if I didn't have to adjust them--the toe and arch straps were too loose! Being a resourceful and impatient dancer, I tailored them to fit my narrow-ish feet (the picture is after modifying them). They look fabulous now and work for my purposes, but I can't say I'd recommend them if your feet are even moderately slender.

Great value for a pair of inexpensive dance shoes. The only trouble I have is the clasp/hook type closure that is so hard to undo after a dance of dancing.

Very comfortable wore them to salsa class and my to squeezed at the toe unable to feel the ball of my foot after class and my feet hurt the whole next day do not recommend
