Is it safe on acrylic?

Yes it can. I have not ran across any that are not.

Can u use this product to clean shower walls and is it scratch resistant?

Yes you can use 409 in the shower, just about any tile or the plastic wall ones also. It is Scratch resistant. I had a Cleaning service for many years and I instructed all of my workers Use the combination of Comet and 409 and let them siy for about 15 minutes . Then with RAG, Clean as normal. This seems to prevent Future Dirt from soaking into the tile or tube, making Future leanings EASIER. Hope it works the same for you, Let us know.
