its OK but it needs work its full of come-in seance there really is not much to it they keep doing the same thing like i say i fill and think there should be more to this something missing as being a marshal arts my self i would get a better back ground to do this DVD in there practice in what looks like a a apartment and my my self would never fight like this fighting is all wise moving changing shape they have to get more realistic one two movies just don't make it but its ok
