Penny is looking for a new job and trying to navigate her elevated relationship with Leonard. Meanwhile, Amy and Sheldon are working on taking their relationship to the next level while Sheldon is re-evaluating his career change. Raj has a new girlfriend and is now trying to balance both her and the rest of his friends. Bernadette and Howard are working their way through the marital “bliss” while keeping their careers alive. This season has 24 episodes, spaced between 3 discs, which flow smoothly from one to the next. Every episode will make you laugh at least once and they all continue building on the series as a whole. This season will also make you cry multiple times because of how attached you get to the characters and their relationships. I bought this season because I started watching The Big Bang Theory when it first aired eight years ago and I got hooked. I got attached to the characters and became addicted to watching it. Getting attached to the characters is easy because every character has some trait that you can also see in yourself. For me, it was the social awkwardness of Sheldon mixed with the brain of Amy and the sarcastic nature of Leonard. This season is ideal for those who just want to go home after school or work, sit back, relax, and laugh because all discs have a play all option. You wouldn’t have to move for hours, unless you chose to do so. If this sounds like a show that interests you, Friends is another, similar show, which you might appreciate. If this does not sound interesting to you, then there are many other shows that might interest you like Criminal Minds or Bar Rescue.

I was so excited and did not hesitate at all when I saw the Amazon Prime price tag of $14.95 on this Blu-Ray DVD. I have been waiting what feels like forever to see all of the Season 8 episodes of the Big Bang Theory!The DVD was delivered on time by the UPS. The product was packaged appropriately for shipping. On arrival, the product was in perfect condition with no visible damages to DVD case.There was a slip inside the case with a code for a digital copy of Season 8, which I immediately claimed and added to my Vudu library. There was also an insert included inside the DVD case which gave an individual description of each episode. There was a total of 2 blu-ray discs which contained all 24 of the Season 8 episodes. Both discs were in perfect condition, free from scratches and imperfections, and played smoothly all the way to the end.What's my opinion of the Big Bang Theory Season 8 episodes? Well, keep in mind that I am a HUGE fan of the show and even have a life-size cardboard cutout of Sheldon Cooper in my bedroom... Enough said :)The Big Bang Theory Season 8 is a must see for anyone who hasn't seen any or all of the episodes yet. It's a great series and the disks were good. Used the VUDU code for electronic copies which was a nice touch.

By now we all know what Big Bang Theory is so I can skip the synopsis piece.To begin - I have watched this show since day one. I have absorbed everything that the crew has to offer and I have grown with the characters on the show. This season, although decent, felt like the characters weren't themselves. Leonard seems to be getting weaker as a character, even though I felt like overall he was the most interesting. THey make it seem like he simply bows to Penny's every wim.. while also bowing to Sheldon's every wim.. it's like he has become the "b----" character of the group instead of the interesting one. Raj is a helpless horndog, Howard has become whiny at every turn and overly jealous of Stewart to the point of being excessive, and Sheldon seems confused on what direction they want to take his character.I still enjoyed the season, but I would like to see the characters return to form and progress in a more natural path instead of just randomly jumping around.

ケイリーがショートカットになりました。彼女もアラサーになり、可愛らしさから美しさと強さをイメージさせるキャラクターに。まあ観てるこちらも８年の歳月を経て立派に老け続けているわけですが・・・。　　　さて、ペニーは女優の道を諦め？バーナデットの紹介で医薬品のセールスウーマンに！！このＯＬスーツがよく似合ってるんですよ、ショートカットと相まって。ただし勿論面接があるわけで、そう簡単には成れるわけがないと思っていたら・・・。そして、あの食事代をお金では払ったことが無いペニーがその後とうとう収入でえらいことに・・・。　　　そして今シーズンのゲスト、何はともあれこの人でしょう、ビリーボブ、そう言わずと知れたハリウッドスターであり、もう忘れてしまった人もいるかもしれませんが、アンジーの元旦那であります。このビリーボブが素晴らしい。どんな役どころかは観てのお楽しみ。もともとシリアスもコメディもこなす役者ですから、ただ渋くて格好いいだけでは済みません。　　　それからレナードとシェルドンのママ対決。こちらも必見。信心深いシェルドンのママと相対する博士号を持つ学者のレナードのママ。まさに水と油。一体どういう結末になるのか。　　　そしてペニーとレナードの結婚は？シェルドンとエイミーの関係は？それから前シリーズから引き継いだラジとスプラッターとゴアホラーで興奮してしまうエミリーの仲は？彼女のタトゥーもちらりと見られます。恋愛関係もかなり深くなったり、壊れそうになったり。まあ兎にも角にもシーズン１０までは続く様なので、その辺は次のシーズンで更に面白くなっていくでしょう。　　　ただ一つだけとても悲しい出来事が。日本に居ると全く気付くことが出来なかったのですが、今シーズンでハワードのママが亡くなってしまいます。始めはただ契約上の事か、ストーリーの都合上だろうとばかり思っていたのですが、本当にこのハワードのママ役、キャロルアンスーシが病気で他界されてしまったとの事。２０１４の事ですが、このブルーレイを観るまで知りませんでした。（特典映像に追悼のコメントが全キャスト、スタッフから贈られています）一切姿を見せず、声だけで、立派にメインキャストの３人（ペニー、レナード、シェルドン）とサブキャラのハワードとラジ同様にその存在を見せつけてくれたハワードのママ。やがてそこにバーナデットやエイミーが入ってきたわけで、言わばこの番組の柱の一本であったことは間違いありません。これからも番組は続きますが、彼らも我々も彼女のあの声を忘れることは無いでしょう。そして湿っぽくなる事なく、今後も番組の中で彼女の存在がハワードのママとして、笑いを生み出してくれるものと確信しています。　　　さあ、次はどうなる、レナードとペニーは晴れて夫婦となるのか、シェルドンはエイミーとゴールインするのか、ハワードのママ亡き後にはハワードのパパか？それとも弟と一緒に暮らすの？伏線は嫌と言うほど張られています。後は笑いを待つだけと信じて次シーズンを迎えたいものですな。
