I don't typically right negative reviews, but received the item with two opened of the 12 needles cartridges. The shipping package was undamaged so not the fault of shipping. I'll try one more time with a replacement. Hoping the second package has all the needles sealed and sterile, because non sterile needles are not acceptable. I'll change my review if the second package has all sterile needles.Update: Received replacement, all sealed. Thank you!

The cartridges say they're the right size but I put them in my doctor Pen and they shorten up and don't connect and then they won't turn to lower the needles down. Hard to explain I put the cartridge in the doctor pen it automatically moves to 2.5 and then it does not connect to the doctor pen so the doctor pen will not connect and I can't get them to lower down to point .5
