Price - A bit much for a piece of plastic, but the quality justifies it. Design - Great box design. Shows an example of the holder along with the features. They weirdly glue the inside of the box instead of using the standard external stickers so make sure you slide a knife through the gap to open it. This is probably the best quality remote holder I've ever used. The plastic is thick, making it heavy duty. It's also the type of plastic that will survive a fall or two. There is an indent at the bottom possibly so that your remote slides in it at an angle. There is also vents at the bottom as well to avoid dust and possibly insects gathering inside of the remote holder. Installation is super easy. It comes with two screws and two adhesive strips. You can choose to use one, the other or both if you want. It comes with an instruction manual, but the install is so straightforward there's no point in having a manual. Overall, this is a high quality remote holder. I would suggest buying the pack of two since you never know what other spots you could use it in. In fact I found a spot for my second remote holder just walking through the house as I have a outside projector and the remote for that could be closer to the projector.

A ceiling ight fixture that we purchased recently came with a remote control that I knew would get lost in the shuffle of our Laundry room...so I went on Amazon to find a wall-mounted remote control holder. The size of the TotalMount is such that it could accommodate various sized remotes, it's non-descript, and easy to install. You can choose to hang it with the two screws provided, but I chose to use the adhesive tapes instead (3M Commander) and they seems to hold well. One of the best features is that if I ever want to remove the holder, the instructions tell how to grasp the adhesive tapes from the underside recess and get them to release from the wall without destroying drywall and no screw holes to fill. Great little product!

These were installed in my camper to keep the remotes in one place and they have worked perfectly. The remotes stay in place while traveling, and I love that they can be removed and moved if needed.

Easy to apply to wall. I purchased to keep up with my ceiling fan remote. Also great for remote controls. FYI : Doesn’t hold two remotes . Wish it did.

Historically, 3m strips don't hold well in my bathroom. Humidity is not their friend. If they failed, I'd blame 3m not TotalMount. That said, TotalMount's ratio of strip size to size of unit works for a small remote we use to control a battery powered light. The holder (thick plastic, and surprisingly sturdy, almost dwarfing my small remote) is high quality with a hole in the bottom if one wanted to run a cord to whatever is stored inside it.

This is my second time ordering these. They are perfect for putting on the side of my night table and holding my remotes, glasses, etc. Great product.
