Paint is great but appears to be a returned item.
I love the colors and durability of this paint. You do have to put 3 coats on though. My problem is it looks like someone used a small amount, returned it and I got their returned item. The rim was all encrusted with a film over paint. I had just previously bought the sapphire blue color and had no issues and it was spectacular.
