What's the patch referring to ?

As in shooting, you must shoot small tight groups, referring to group therapy!!! shooting is like therapy!!

Will it fit on a hat?

I put mine on a pistol bag. It should fit on most adult hats (not sure about a child's), but being stiff, might warp your hat a little. Personally, I would not put a bullseye, even jokingly, on my head. Do what YOU are comfortable with.
