this rubber silicone fits in between your charms to keep your charms secure do not have to worried when you open your bracelet that your charms will fall off this is a good product.

I don’t see why not; they have small enough holes for them not to slide around, and can be stretched out. Since dog tags are larger than beads, I’d recommend separating each by two or three silicone rings. Yes, I do believe they will work.

Q: Could these be used on a reusesble straw to make a stopper (so they couldn’t be pulled out of cup)?

They are 10 mm with a 3mm center hole. They may stretch out enough for a hard plastic drinking straw as long as it isn't more than 6 mm in width. I used something that was 6 mm and although it was somewhat difficult to get on there, it did go. Hope this helps.
