These things sat in storage for over 3 years and I thought something was wrong when I brought them out of storage because they were still 100% charged and lasted over 4 hours so far while still saying they have at least 50% according to the bluetooth [and I left the cool lights on accidentally for a few hours too]! This experience alone impressed enough to log in to Amazon and update my previous 5-star review, adding this comment. Very impressed! Battery is amazing!

Nice and snug fit I really enjoy using it but the one reason I bought it was so I had a Bluetooth headset for gaming on my Xbox. That is the one thing I didn’t get. It isn’t a true wireless headset. It’s literally only Bluetooth or wireless for the headphones... you have to plug the mic in. I’ve been playing with wired headsets already so it didn’t bother me other than the fact that it was misleading on the post.. if your looking for wireless headset for gaming then this isn’t the one unfortunately

I really enjoy having this headset since it has made things easier for me with multiple devices and it does hold its charge throughout the day. I usually charge it every couple of days since it is mainly used for my gaming, but I do use it to listen to music on my phone and when I have an appointment online. I haven't had any problems yet with them and they work perfectly with my laptop, PS4, and my phone. Having Bluetooth connection and wired connection is important for me since I can damage the 3.5 mm connector to the point where the headset becomes useless to me. The sound has been crystal clear and everyone I have talked to can hear me clearly without any problems unlike my last pair of headsets. The mic being detachable is also plus in my case since I can plug it into the headset when I game and remove it to use the Bluetooth connection when I use my phone or my laptop. Also, having 2 devices connected at once makes it easier for me and it switched between the both of them with little to no problems. A big plus since I use them quite a lot. The only real downside is that mic is attached to the connector and really can't be removed. It's only an inconvenience since I mainly use the Bluetooth when I'm not gaming and if I really want, I could purchase a separate 3.5 mm connector or mute my mic on my PS4 console if I need to. All-in-all, I would recommend this headset if you need something that can be connected to two devices at once and switch between them. If you game, it really does perform better than most that I have bought and usually have to replace within 6 months due to how I use them. I have recommended this to my friends that I game online and some of them are willing to try them.

I bought this not because I play games, but I use it for zoom. I have 3 children and they also are on zoom for distance learning. I know that it is a little large, but I like it because it has cushion, big enough to cover my ears or bigger ears as you can see it is about 3 inches. I like that it is flexible. You can see it comes packaged in the box and each item is protectively wrapped. It cancels outside noise well because it is soft and large to fit over the ears. Also the lights can be turned off or on and the mic can be detached or attached. You can use it just as a headset or earphone. I like the comfort and design. I am a female about 5'2 and normal size. My kids can also wear/use it as well.

First, they are $20, I get it. My rating is more for customer service than the product. There is a short that apparently commonly occurs in the wire. For wired use, there is an inline control that has volume and mic mute. The short occurs as the wires go into and out of this control causing no audio on one side or both. The mic cable only plugs in on the left side, it isn’t hard to figure out. If you read enough reviews you see that this short seems to be a pretty common occurrence. However, considering this seems to be such a common occurrence you would assume the company would have some sort of a plan to deal with it. Sent replacement cable, redesign or even remove the control as an option. This does not seem to be the case. I am getting the impression that the company is going out of their way to drag out question and answer sessions to make customers either go away or time out of the return. Again, I understand that they are $20. Quality and longevity may suffer at this low price point, but your would think it would last for more than a few uses. You would think it would just be quicker to offer a replacement cable (considering it is such a common problem) vs ignoring the customer or sending the entire headset back. The headset is fine, it is just the cable. Being told by the CSR that they have to wait to talk to the factory about the problem does not give me a working product. It’s a short in the wire, what can we say? So overall for $20 youth headset I would have given 5 stars if it had only worked. I still probably would have given it 5 starts if they had a timely working replacement. No response, that gets you one star. (out of almost 6,500 at the moment, haha)

The headphones are nice and the sound quality/noise cancellation works great BUT I was mislead by the Bluetooth functionality of the headphones. The Bluetooth option does NOT work on gaming systems and that’s what I specifically bought them for :( . I wish I would have looked at all attached photos closely so I could realize that before I bought them. Anyway I would recommend if you’re using them for music or computer

I mainly purchased these to use with my PS4Pro (and a second set for my wife) so I can play when she's busy with homework. They work very well with the unit on wired. As for use with my laptop, it depends one what I am using it for as to what works best. If I need to use it for a video conference, then the wired connection is best. The Bluetooth connection is solid and sounds really great, deep base, clear tones, no matter what device I pair it with. The microphone does work with Bluetooth, but the sound is a bit "tinny". Otherwise, great product!

I love it. I use these headphones outside when working. I mount my phone and am all over the yard working listening to an audio book or just music. Then sometimes I get an incoming call and it works great. Easy to pair and easy to charge. The only thing is the plastic cheapness. But let's be honest. I knew that from the get-go when ordering this product. Hents the price. What I would really love is to make it water resistance to top it all off. But you can't get it all for that wonder price.

Sound quality and noise cancellation is great but had the audios switched. Left side sound was coming from the right and vice versa

I am using it for quite long now, very happy with it, the 2 functionality in one headphone is awesome. Did not require more Fabbbbbbulus love it

I got these for my grandsons for Christmas. They use them for gaming and they love em'. Great quality for the money! I would definitely recommend.
