This shoe is beautifully made, the cork sole is very comfortable. I had to return them because the straps were to narrow for me . I think the average person would just love them . I hated to have to return them . The shoe has the comfy suede like sole of a Naot shoe, which is like a refined more contoured Birkenstock and it has the spring of a Fit Flop shoe and the support of a Dansko. If you have an average foot for they run true to size. If you tend to be wide it may not be a good choice. The merchant is amazing to deal with .

I've yet to be disappointed with FLY London shoes and boots. They do run a little larger than other Euro sizing - I definitely stick to the 38, and wear a standard size 8 US. Where as in most other brands, I'd go with the 39 (e.g. Wolky, Miz Mooz). These have been quite comfortable and haven't dug in in any areas at all. I only wish I was able to grab them in the greenish color, but I missed by window on availability.

I LOVE the Fly London brand. These sandals are really cute, fit well (once you get the right size) and are comfy. I'm a true 8 and always wear a 38 in FL however, I did have to size up in these. It was a little frustrating that the seller doesn't offer exchanges. I have no idea why people are saying they're heavy! They feel great to me. My only complaint is that I have ridiculously tiny ankles so the strap looks a little funny because the velcro isn't quite long enough. It just sticks out because I have to strap them so tight. Other than that, highly recommend!

The two sizes together, such as 7 1/2-8, leaves me a bit in the middle. I'm an 8. So, ordering a 38 just fits. I am comfortable in them, really like them. But the black color, same style, the 38 were a bit short. I then ordered the 39, and they fit nicely. Just hoping the front doesn't stretch. I do have slightly long toes. They look very nice, and are comfortable! Can adjust the top and middle straps, which is a plus.

Love these sandals. The two upper straps are velxro adjustable which is great. Wish the straps across tows were also adjustable. The foot bed is divine- similar comfort to Naot. The platform gives height. The distressed gold goes with everything. Will be purchasing more of this brand.

Really hard insoles. Cork with no give. Velcro strap across top of foot was too long. Ankle strap uncomfortable, rough velcro along edge. I have 6 pairs of Fly London shoes...these were not anywhere near the comfort. Went back immediately. Pretty to look at though.

My foot is "square", that is, the wideness is way at the front because my fourth toe is almost as long as my big toe. Because of that, all Fly London (and Berkies) cut across that toe in an uncomfortable way. Since this is a sandal I can deal with it. In every other way this sandal is GREAT! Sharp looking, (otherwise) comfortable and nice color.

BEEARE! I received the wrong shoes plus they were knock offs MADE IN CHINA!! These are suppose to be made in Portugal for the price
