We have the heated hoodie. Are the dime size holes in the bottoms of the pockets normal? Small items could get stuck between the lining.

How do you know which battery will work for my vest? No battery came with it and i can find no markings on the vest as to what size to use.

How do i get this to fit the heated vest? it has a different plug? do i purchase an attachment?

I don't understand "ultra charging" of the battery bank. is it better to charge through the 1.) micro usb port or 2.) usb-c input port?
