Tart pan is perfect! I was a little concerned about not buying a well-known brand but this pan exceeded my expectations. Pan was very sturdy and the removable bottom made taking my chocolate tart out of the pan a breeze. I’ve used it several times and there are no signs of wear. Very happy with this pan!

I absolutely love this tart pan! The removable bottom makes it incredibly easy to release delicate tarts without damaging the crust, and cleanup is a breeze. The pan baked the crust evenly. I followed directions and coated with oil before first use. It was perfect. For the second time, I did not oil the pan. My tart stuck to the bottom and was impossible to get off the pan. I will oil the pan next time.

I’ll add a picture when I bake again but I fell in love with these and had to buy more 🤩 They are easy to clean and easy to remove from the pans without adding any extra stuff like butter, oil, or parchment paper. Only recommend you to be EXTREMELY careful because it’s super sharp. I cut myself 4x while washing the bottom parts… they’re sharp like a knife!

Perfect for a deep dish quiche! Just used this and it worked perfectly. Easy to separate after the quiche was cool and very nice even browning on the crust. No issues with gaps or leaks. Highly recommend.
