Works great
My husband is very pleased with it. Attached to tractor and loaded 14 rolls of hay within the week.Only problem chains were a little short.

Simple installation.
Works fine, so far. I had to add some chain to accommodate the girth on an 8' bucket. Bale spear nuts require a 2" wrench.

Works great for us
We needed an easy way to move round bales without having to remove the snowblower every time, and this was just what we needed. It works great, and fits perfectly for our tractor.

Wouldn’t fit
The gap provided to slide the unit onto my tractor’s bucket was too narrow. It wouldn’t fit onto the bucket of our John Deer 2340.

HD Bucket Bale Spear
Was looking for a product like this that attached to my tractor bucket. I is fairly quick to mount, heavy duty, and the price was right. I found the item $0.48 cheaper on ebay with free shipping, but preferred the reputation and quick shipping of Amazon.com over an unknown re-seller on ebay. Great product!

Bad binder and chain
Binder gave way while moving bales the threaded part of the binder stretched and fell off the bucket and that’s after the first chain broke and I had to buy a heavier duty chain
