Does it come with instructions ? Does it come with whitening gels ? What else besides the machine would I need ?

Good but defective
I bought the machine to use right away. However I had trouble turning it on/ off. The back switch worked fine however the only way to actually start the time/ light is to use the remote. It will not turn on by the base alone.
