Gadget Fit Power Vibration Plate

I did ALOT of research before I purchased this machine. I went on many websites to get further study information on the Vibration Exercise and if it really worked. At the end of my research I was satisfied and knew I wanted to invest in a machine. I found Gadget Fit Power and did more research and finally ordered it. I received it way before the time allocated and it was very easy to assemble. I AM VERY VERY HAPPY with my purchase and I use it everyday. It is sturdy, quiet and very powerful machine. I would highly recommend it to anyone who does not have time to do much when they get home or go out and join a gym. This machine is programed for 10min and it gives you one heck of a work out!. . .begin with low vibration and increase with time so your body will adapt. I do 3 sets of 10min now and I am just loving the way I feel that oxygen in my muscles and all over my body. Thank you, I am blessed beyond imagination. . . .

Quite a unique product... It came with a booklet talking about the outstanding benefits of it... I don't feel like you actually get a good workout from it though if you aren't doing more on it then just standing. I do squats, and even yoga poses while standing on it to get more of a work out, and increase my balance. The only thing about it I don't like, is that that off switch is on the front to the right at the bottom of the machine... It never goes into sleep mode, so if you don't want to leave it on all the time... which I don't... you have to go to the bottom front to turn it off. Seems like a silly design flaw. It's the reason for removing a star.

I tried one of these vibration plates at a home show and thought I would like one, but was not willing to pay the price they were selling it for. When I saw this on Amazon and read the positive reviews and for a very good price, I had to order it. It was fairly easy to put together for my husband and me. We did have one problem - The eye bolt for one of the hand straps will not fit into the hole, so I am unable to use them. I have not contacted anyone about this yet, as I was just really excited to use the machine. It is not extremely sturdy, which I guess can be expected for the price, but it works as expected and I use it almost everyday.

Love this machine. You don't need the instructions to set it up. It is very easy. Works great. The prices is amazing. I read the reviews before I purchased and it is true, they send you the wrong instructions but don't worry. It goes together very easily. I would purchase this machine again. I don't think I would pay more for a stronger model as the price is really unbeatable for what you get. Enjoy :D

We were not expecting to like this as much as we do, nor to use it so often. But it feels very good to shake up the lymph and some whole body vibration machines are believed by researchers and doctors to help offset tendencies toward osteoporosis as we age. This thing is thousands of dollars cheaper than the high end ones that we have tried out at fitness stores and state fairs, so I was skeptical but decided to take a chance and we are pleasantly surprised. It is rougher than the expensive ones, but one thing I did not want nor have room for was yet another huge exercise machine that would be too heavy to move if and when we sell the house. It was VERY easy to put together, no problem.

This is our second machine, one for winter home and summer homes. We have had problems with this last machine. The company sent us a new top part, this helped but it still does not always start, have to shake it a little.

I use a machine similar to this at my Dr's office. I looked his up and it was $2K to buy. I took a chance and ordered this more affordable machine. I'm very pleased with it. It works just as well as the one in my Dr's office. I have pins in my ankle from an old injury that prevent me from rigorous exercise and I have common pain in my hip. This machine moves all my body's muscles an eliminates all pain with no meds. My swelling in my ankle is way down due to improved circulation. Its, fast, easy and pain free. 10 minutes a day. After a session I feel invigorated. It has great variable speeds and I change my body positions and weight distribution to work different muscles. The little buttons on the handles are heart monitors so you can monitor your pulse if you want. I find my pulse does not go up significantly. This is not a cardio machine, more of a move your muscle and fat. My work is sedentary so its a great way to get everything moving with no pain or injury.

for the money, you can't beat. It imitates those expensive Hyper vibes and appear to work you out in the hip area and legs. Came in a fairly large box and had to be put together but wasn't too bad. Did take a little to assemble. The bottom platform is one piece just had to assemble the arms and control panel and vertical component.
