Easy clean up
Had this about 3 months. Love color and feels super sturdy. It so far has been scratch free and cleans up like a charm. Not too heavy

Has held up very well
It is easy to cook with and clean as it really does not let much stick to it. My wife does most of the cooking but we both find it to be a good pan.

Durable, well-made, non-stick pan
I have bought several of these Ozeri pans in different sizes for myself and gifts and have been very satisfied. The even, non-stick surface has lasted better than other brands, and I enjoy the red shaded surface option last purchased.

Love this pan!
I have been researching pans ever since we watched the movie "Dark Waters" and learned about the dangers of teflon. Seems like every pan had a draw back. I finally settled on this pan and one from Italy. We just started using it after we washed and seasoned it with olive oil. Heated nicely. Did fresh hash browns and the starch of the potatoes did not stick at all. Fried eggs and they slid right out. It is a beautiful pan, nice weight. I can't speak to longevity as we just got it, but so far we love it!Update: After 14 months of using this pan daily, sometimes multiple times per day, it is starting to show wear. We only use silicone or plastic utensils, never cook on high, and hand wash. The coating is starting to fleck which is disappointing, but honestly after a year of solid daily use, I feel we got our money's worth out of this pan. It is everyone's favorite pan to use. Food cooks evenly, eggs never stick... it's just a great pan! High sides allow you to cook stir fry and sauce based dishes without spillage, amply large to cook a family dinner, but not so large it's hard to handle or wash. We love this pan and will happily buy another one!

It paned out
Amazing pan. Nothing sticks!These are now my favorite pans.Built well and heavy!Heats evenly and doesn't stick unless you over heat the pan (what a shock).Worth every penny!

Excellent skillet
Had this six months now, and the surface does not fail. High heat is fine. Cleaning is super easy. Doesn’t degrade with oil spray. Where has this been all my life? Update: After about a year, the surface began to shed. So I had to replace it. Oh well, it worked great until it was dead.

Great pan
This is a great pan to cook with. I used very little to no cooking oil. Nothing has stuck.

Love this pan
Having followed the instructions and seasoned the pan before use we find it cooks very well. If we do burn anything, a simple wipe over with the non-scouring side of a dish sponge removes the residue really easily. I haven't, as yet, submersed the pan in the washing up bowl, but just simply wiped it over with the damp sponge. We have an induction hob and it works beautifully.

Absolutely useless - had to throw it out almost straight away. Base warped immediately and surface peeled within 1-2 months of use

Healthier non-stick and great size
When I had to replace my good expensive non-stick I did a lot of research into options for healthier surfaces given the concerns about types of chemical either used in production or emitted during cooking. I saw this pan come up on a few different sites and decided to give it a try. It's excellent and I use it almost every day! Large enough to do big one pan meals, very even cooking and a breeze to clean. I appreciate the large felt flower sent with the pan to protect it when stacked with other pans and use it EVERY time.I did read the riot act to others about NOT using high heat to cook to preheat the pan (I think this is what ruined my previous non-stick) and I simply start preheating to medium or low as I prep so it reaches temp when I'm ready to use. (I do admit to going just a tich above medium for some cooking).My only possibly negative comment (because this same feature is also a good thing for certain cooking) is that the centre of the pan is slightly higher. If I cook something in the centre it can be a challenge to keep the sauce where I want it since it will move to the lower area around the edges. That being said, I fixed the problem by using a more size appropriate pan for smaller portions. For large portions it works like a dream.I like this pan so much I'm planning to get another Ozeri pan in a smaller size.
