Requires a few attempts
In the end, it works. But I did have to adjust the angle and location/orientation of antenna placement. After two or three tries each wheel reset as advertised.

Worked perfectly no complaint at all.
2007 Chevy Silverado. Goofballs that installed tires didnt know how to relearn tire positions after rotate and balance even though they had a tool.Literally took longer to put in battery than it did to relearn tires (SECONDS). Remove battery after use if its going to be a while before using again. For Ford & GM. One of those tools everyone should own. Young lady at Auto Parts Store had light on her Chevy Cobalt. Used to relearn hers as well. No more error code and a happy new friend.

Great tool! !!
I inflated the Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and the Lincoln MKX in a car repair shop, but when I went home, I found that the tire pressure display did not update. So I bought this tool, I loaded my new 9V battery, and performed the tire pressure reset operation according to the instructions on the Chevrolet Silverado and Lincoln MKX cars.I was so excited that each car took me less than three minutes to reset all the tires! It is the best tire pressure activation tool I have ever used!

No directions garbage
If your doing ford i could not get it to work no matter what i did on my 2008 ford. finally realized that if you hold it against the valve and switch the mode to gm then back to ford it will activate the sensor as soon as you switch it to ford, but if you dont have it against the tire at the time of switching, it will not activate. almost like its rolling through frequencies one at a time until it get it. mine just happens to be the first one it tries when you switch it to ford.

This Relearn Tool was perfect for my 2018 Silverado Duramax. The instructions were easy to follow, the whole process was done in minutes. This tool is small and will be easily stored in a toolbox tray.

Worked perfectly on my 2019 Impala; drains battery when not in use
I ordered this to connect the TPMS on my winter rims to the car since I swap winters and all-seasons (each mounted on their own rims) myself. The tool comes with a soft-grip edge protector and requires one 9V battery to operate. For anyone else with a 2014-2020 Impala (and probably most other modern GM vehicles), here is how to do a TPMS re-learn:1) Enter diagnostics mode by holding the start/stop button for 5 seconds (do not press the brake pedal)2) Find the tire pressures page on the dash display3) Hold down the ‘checkmark’ button on the steering wheel. The horn will sound twice4) Go to the front left tire. Position the TPMS tool near the valve stem and hold the button until the horn beeps5) Go to the front right tire, and do the same thing6) Go to the rear right tire, and do the same thing7) Go to the rear left tire, and do the same thing8) The horn will double beep to indicate success. Turn off the ignition, start car, and you should be set!Note that you may need to hold the button for a while at each tire (seems to vary between 5 seconds and 30 seconds). Just hold the button until the car beeps at you at each wheel.I’ve also read online that the tires need to be pointing straight for this re-learn process to work. I’m not sure if that is true, but worth keeping in mind.I haven’t tried on a Ford yet.Note that this tool will kill the 9V battery between uses – be sure to remove the battery after each use.
