I got this product for help with cellulite and so far, so good. It's definitely got a warming effect so I use it before a workout as I get pain at my age from arthritis in my hips and legs - so good for that!Do NOT put this on directly out of the shower. That was the only time my skin felt so hot I had to shower again to cool off my legs. Still, after getting used to the sensation it isn't unpleasant.I have extremely sensitive skin and hot flashes and it hasn't created any problems for me - even in the heat of oncoming summer. Quality product for sure.I wanted to update on tis. I think it is a good product in that it 'tightens' the overall tone of the affected area, however the effect is *temporary* and will only last with consistent use, diet and exercise (those dreaded words, I know). What I *have found to be helpful* to overcome cellulite besides committing to riding my recumbent bike daily, is cutting out all forms of processed sugars. That alone has taken almost 100 pounds off my frame that I gained during my doctoral thesis.This product is a help, but no substitute for the obvious. It will help tone the skin with consistent use as well.

I hear people complaining about the burn but why do you expect to get results and be comfortable at the same time ?? A lot of it is your own anxiety and need for control that scares you into thinking oh it’s sooo hot I’m gonna burnnn to piecessss ! Lol. I LOVE the Burn, I know it’s doing something, I also see my cellulite breaking into smaller lumps after just two days of dry brushing and then putting this on! Just buy it? But did you die ???

I am not going to lie. The first time I applied this product on my tights and belly I thought my skin was actually burning and I was really concerned if it can damage it. After a few applications it definitely got better. A jar later, and I actually enjoy putting it on myself right before bed because it keeps me nice and warm. Summer time may be a whole another story tho.When it comes to how well the product does its purpose of fighting cellulite- I think it is the best I have ever tried. 3 month ago I did some anti cellulite massages and I started using it right after them. Combined with good water intake and good workout at least 3 times a week I can say that my legs look 90% smoother than before. Just got my second package, needless to say, I highly recommend it!

Buena para dolores musculares. Para la celulitis no me dio resultado al contrario pareciera que ahora tengo más que antes de usarla la usaba antes y después del ejercicio. Me ponía la crema en el gimnasio luego iba a los masajes y luego ejercicios pero no me resultó. Para los Dolores es magica.

After applying the 'warmth' felt like pure fire. I didnt stick around to see if it worked. Scrubbed off for long periods of time panicking. I can't believe this is legal for sell. Not FDA approved.

Tried this for the first time today.... holy heck! Not for the faint-hearted! Will try again in a day or two, using lesser amount to see if I get a better reaction. Today my skin is beet red like a bad sunburn! First time I have ever given any Amazon product only 2 stars.
