On the cleaning cloths the ends at the top where it slides into the Roborock are not sown in and keep sliding out. Can’t push them back in. Going to complain and see if I can get the replaced. Thought I had bought original manufacturers products.

Update: Two of the filters started causing errors: "Fan speed lowered due to blocked strainer. Clean strainer to resume". Everything clean. The only difference is the use of these filters vs OEM. Reducing review by one star.The good:The price is great and the kit includes everything you need to make quick work (<30 seconds) of swapping out any part, including a screwdriver. The price is great compared to OEM, good enough that the cost per use is still lower, even when factoring in faster wear.The bad:Compared to the original parts, these wear more quickly. The original spinning brush lasted us about a year before showing minor signs of wear. The one in this kit looked as warn as the OEM within a month and was absolutely destroyed within 3 months.The magnet dislodged on the first filter we used, causing error code 9 on the Roborock S5. The fix was easy though, just install another filter.

Beware, these aren’t authentic and will cause the vacuum to error constantly. I thought my roborock s5 was broken, it took me months to figure out the errors were due to these replacement parts. It kept giving me error 10, make sure vacuum is dry or clean the filter. Even though the filter was brand new. The main brush caused all Debris to clog, unevenly fill the dust bin, and give me error 5. I got a couple errors at first but it built up to the point it would error 30 plus times during a cleaning. I contacted customer service and they told me to make sure the parts were authentic, they weren’t. I replaced and parts and now my vacuum is working again, thank goodness!

I have only used this a few times, only 5 stars because I cannot find all the info on how to use the app. I know there are more ways to use but have not figured it out. It picks up well but did not pick up a piece of a cloth dog toy, but it was easy to see and easy to pick up. It also got stuck in the wires under my mom's hospital bed. But what I like is it did not pull any plugs out and it stopped when it knew it was stuck. All in all, I love it!

The filters are the problem with this kit. They clog up so fast. But everything else works ok.Update- moving my rating down to one star the filters are so trash you are better getting them elsewhere. I put a brand new one in and the vacuum tells me right away that the filter is clogged with out doing anything

This seemed like a good deal but the last main brush replacement caused the vacuum to malfunction repeatedly. (The other in the pack worked flawlessly). I ordered new brushes from a different supplier and it solved the problem. So 1/32PF main brushes in box were defective.

While these parts may LOOK like they are an appropriate replacement for your robo vacuum, alas, they are not. The side brush is very wirey and is not the same quality as the orignal (see pictures). Frankly, this whole set needs to go into the garbage. I have contacted Roborock customer service and they sent me the link to their authorized retailer, Vankey Appliance Dept. Store through Aliexpress, which is where I will be purchasing my replacement products from now on. I will be requesting a refund for this subpar product.

These accessories are quite inferior to the OEM version (especially the filters). However, until the OEM starts selling all of these accessories this is what we are stuck with.

Parti di ricambio comprate per roborock S5 (come da descrizione venditore)Filtri hepa non lavabili, S5 in dotazione monta i filtri lavabili.Spazzola centrale arrivate entrambi danneggiate ( per capirci, i filamenti sono schiacciati e di conseguenza non arrivano al pavimento).Spazzole laterali ( al momento ho provato solo quelle a 6 spazzole) e non ruotano continuamente. Probabilmente,essendo troppo doppie creano attrito tra il pavimento e il robot, con il rischio di danneggiare quest'ultimo.Sconsiglio l'acquisto!!!!

Las piezas están bien, solo el filtro viene un poco reducido en dimensiones lo que hace que no se quede bien atorado al recipiente de polvo, sin embargo al colocarlo en la aspiradora funciona sin problemas.

It fits perfectly, the only thing makes it not a perfect 5-star is the quality is not on par with the original one. But the price is beautiful, will buy more in the future.

Fits my roborock s series perfectly. I have the version without the mop function and all is great and fits.

Quality is much worse than the original ones came with the vaccume cleaner. These parts are not lasting more than 2wks. Highly disappointing.
